Massimo Merighi

Dr. Massimo Merighi is molecular microbiologist , biochemist and metabolic engineer. Ph.D. at Ohio State University (2003) with a dissertation in bacteriology and a specialization in biotechnology and plant molecular biology. He did postdoctoral work in Microbial Pathogenesis and Salmonella-mouse interactions at Ohio State University College of Medicine and Public Health (2004-2005) and Microbiology and Molecular Genetics at Harvard Medical School (2005-2009). He has produced fifteen peer-reviewed publications, three book chapters; He has been peer-reviewer for Current Opinion in Biotechnology (2009) and Molecular Microbiology (2009) and ad hoc grant reviewer for the National Science Foundation (2009).
